nuxi.in is run by [Registered business name]. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Our products

NUXI products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and depend on regular use as directed.

• Patch-test every new product on a small area 24 hours before first use.
• Stop using a product that causes irritation, and see a doctor if it continues.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under treatment for a skin or scalp condition, or taking medication, ask your doctor before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Each product page names the key ingredients; the full ingredient list is printed on the pack. Please read it before use if you have allergies.

Prices and offers

All prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes (the MRP is the maximum retail price, inclusive of taxes). Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Offers apply as stated on the site, and only while they are shown. If a price is displayed wrongly because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch, and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — if the product is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment gateway, or on delivery for cash-on-delivery orders. Cash on delivery may not be available for every pincode or order value.

Shipping, cancellations, replacements and refunds

Reviews

Reviews you send us may be published on the site under the name you give. We publish reviews only from people who sent them, and we don’t change their meaning; we may remove personal details, links or abusive language.

Using this site

The text, photographs, illustrations, logo and design of this site belong to NUXI and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Research summaries on this site describe published studies of ingredients, not trials of NUXI products, and are for information only.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaints and grievances

Governing law
