Before You Ask
Shedding usually slows around week three. Visible density takes longer — most people photograph a real difference between week six and week twelve. Anything faster than that is a styling effect, not growth.
The serum goes on the scalp rather than the lengths, and the mask is a conditioning treatment rather than a chemical one — neither is a bleach or a stripping cleanser.
It layers cleanly under moisturiser and plays well with most routines. If you already use a strong retinoid or acid, alternate nights for the first two weeks and see how your barrier responds.
